The Role:

As a member of our promotional team, you'll be the face of Cleopatra's Lounge. You will be responsible for:

Actively engage

with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote our products and services.

Distribute promotional materials

, such as flyers and brochures, to increase brand visibility.

Collaborate with team members

to develop innovative promotional ideas and campaigns.

Working closely with our management and bar team

to ensure a seamless and exciting customer experience.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the products

or services being promoted to answer customer queries effectively.

Utilizing social media

to boost our online presence and promote upcoming events.

Creating a positive and energetic brand image

for Cleopatra's Lounge.

Track promotional activities

and report on their effectiveness to management.

Requirements

Outgoing & Confident:

You must be comfortable approaching and interacting with a diverse range of people.

Energetic & Enthusiastic:

Your passion for the nightlife industry should be contagious.

Excellent Communication Skills:

You should be a great conversationalist and a persuasive brand ambassador.

Reliable & Punctual:

This is a part-time role with evening and weekend hours, so punctuality is a must.

Knowledge of Huddersfield's nightlife scene

is a bonus.

Previous promotional or customer service experience

is desirable but not essential - we can provide training for the right person.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
