Shrimp and Grill is a American themed restaurant in the heart of London, with a reputation for providing a fantastic customer experience. We are currently looking for a permanent full time/Part time Sales & Reservations coordinator to join our office team based within our busy restaurant in Piccadilly. The successful candidate will be friendly, well organised and have great communication skills. Being computer literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows is necessary, as are good telephone manners. The role responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Answering incoming phone calls- Responding to enquiries via email, and assisting customers in making their reservation on OpenTable booking platform.- Proactive sales including calling activities.- Processing deposit payments- Booking family reservations, large parties, school groups, and private events- Assisting in some accounting dutiesWe are a 7 day a week business and so shifts include weekends and bank holidays.Expected Start Date ASAPJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per weekSalary: 8.00-11.00 per hourBenefits:
