We are seeking an energetic, passionate Sales and Retentions Manager to drive membership sales and member engagement as well as assisting with daily operations at our fantastic Anytime Fitness club in Tottenham Hale which opened last year.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales management including writing and executing a marketing planner, delivering sales targets and leading a highly motivated team to consistently exceed KPIs as well as ensuring that all members enjoy a high-quality experience.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to generate and manage leads both independently and as part of a team and then see those leads through the sales process efficiently and effectively.
Duties
Lead and motivate a team of membership and fitness consultants to deliver exceptional service to all club members and potential members.
Develop and implement engaging programmes and events within the local community to promote the club to potential members as well as current members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club events and activities effectively.
Foster a sense of community by building relationships with members and encouraging participation in club activities.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively and working to targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with members, staff and prospects alike.
Organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using management software and tools relevant to club operations/sales processes.
A passion for community engagement and understanding of member needs is highly desirable.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet during busy periods or challenging situations.
Previous experience within the fitness and wellbeing industry.
A Level 3 fitness qualification would be desirable.
