We are seeking a highly motivated, people-oriented
Sales and Scheduling Coordinator
to join our growing dental team. This role is key to our patient experience and practice growth--serving as the first point of contact for all new patient inquiries. You will be responsible for converting leads into scheduled appointments while maintaining a warm, professional, and organised front-line presence.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming patient leads via phone, email, and web inquiries
Educate potential patients on services, pricing, and value of care
Schedule new patient appointments to maximize provider availability
Use our CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates
Collaborate with the front office and marketing to improve lead handling
Maintain accurate patient records and communication logs
Experience
Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.
