Custom Garden Rooms is expanding!

Custom Garden Rooms is opening a brand-new showsite in Hemel Hempstead and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead it. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a new show site, manage a small team, and be part of a growing, ambitious business.

The Role

Manage the day-to-day running of the Hemel Hempstead show site. Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into sales. Generate new business through outbound sales and local networking. Recruit, train, and manage a Sales Executive to support the site. Take responsibility for the presentation and upkeep of the buildings on site. Work closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure the site stays fully aligned with the Custom Garden Rooms brand. Use HubSpot (or a similar CRM system) to manage leads, track performance, and report to our Senior Leadership Team (based in Shropshire). Represent the business at national events and exhibitions when required. Weekend working is required (with days off in the week).

About You

Proven sales experience (inbound + outbound), ideally B2C. Strong closing skills with a consultative sales style. Reliable, self-motivated, and confident managing a site independently. Experience managing and developing people. Highly organised, with attention to detail in maintaining showroom standards. Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Flexible to attend training at our Shropshire HQ in January 2026, and willing to travel for events and customers when needed.
