Role Overview

In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for both sales activities and providing hands-on technical support. You will work closely with pharmacies, building and nurturing client relationships while ensuring their technical needs are met. This is a full-time, office-based position with some travel, including occasional overnight stays, and full training will be provided in both the UK and Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

Make sales appointments, on-site/in showroom Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote Avonnex's offerings.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Provide in-person, telephone, and email support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for both software and hardware installations. Diagnose, test, and repair mechanical and electrical issues as needed. Facilitate software deployment, updates, and customer training.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

Engineering Qualification

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT tools.

Customer-Focused Communication

A proactive, "Can do" approach

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and documentation.

Additional Requirements

Clean driving license and ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
