Job Description

Shadow and assist experienced sales professionals in all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and closing deals. Attend sales meetings and presentations with potential clients to gain insight into our products and services and observe effective sales techniques. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Utilize various sales tools and software to track leads, monitor sales progress, and identify potential opportunities for growth. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Work closely with the sales team to continuously improve sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

No experience needed - training is given! Previous sales experience or education is a plus, but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and friendly demeanor. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Must be a team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently.
