We're seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to embark on an exciting journey as Business Apprentice Administrators. At Wiltech Acoustics, apprenticeships are the cornerstone of our success, evidenced by the remarkable trajectory of our Board of Directors, many of whom started as apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

General administration support of the Sales team to ensure compliance with reporting requirements for production planning. Assist in data entry, document preparation, and filing to ensure efficient workflow management. Supporting Sales Director/Manager/Engineer with site visits where practical / required Be involved in all technical discussions with Sales Team to develop an understanding of the design criteria and H&S limitations of various canopy designs. Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop essential administrative skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

A passion for business administration and a keen interest in developing professional skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment. Minimum qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
