0.0 Associates LTD is a leading company seeking an ambitious Sales Apprenticeship to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to embark on a comprehensive training program, gain a solid understanding of sales operations, and gain practical field experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. Engaging with potential clients and service users through various communication channels to provide product information, answer queries and gauge interest.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships by providing superior customer service, addressing their needs, and resolving any complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Contributing to the sales pipeline by identifying and initiating contact with potential clients, and following through on all stages of the sales process.
Participating in team meetings and collaborative initiatives, contributing ideas and feedback, and implementing any assigned tasks or projects.
Assisting in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, sales reports, and other necessary documentation.
Undergoing regular sales training and workshops and applying learnt sales techniques and strategies in your day-to-day work.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required. Any further education, particularly in sales, business, marketing, or a related field would be a bonus. No sales experience required, but any previous experience in a customer-oriented or sales role would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, with a confident and friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively. Ability to work cohesively in a team, as well as on individual tasks with minimal supervision.
