Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions is preferred. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Pay: 130.00-143.00 per day
