Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
Present and demonstrate our products effectively to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with sales objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand your professional network.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
