Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Guess as a part time sales assistant. Needs to be confident in providing strong customer service and be able to work towards targets and KPIs. We are looking for a fun, outgoing individual who has a passion for our brand and who is enthusiastic about joining our team.

We are looking someone who is flexible and able to work any time on the weekends. This is a part time contract of 24 hours, worked over usually three 8-hour shift. Experience is not always necessary but being a people person with confidence is essential, as this role is very customer facing. This would be for an immediate start ideally.

Our sales assistants are responsible for generating sales, providing customer service and maintaining visual and housekeeping standards on the shop floor. The main role of the sales assistant is to greet, acknowledge and serve all customers, so someone with previous experience in retail/hospitality is desired but not essential. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintaining solid product knowledge Achieving individual sales targets Locating merchandise for customers Assisting in replenishing merchandise Maintaining visual and housekeeping standards Demonstrating ability to work successfully in a team with all company employees

Pay: 10.00-11.50 per hour
