flagship store on Regent Street

, and we're looking to expand our

Sales Assistant team,

specifically seeking profiles with

high level of Arabic.

Your mission

As a Sales Assistant at HOFF, you'll be the face of the brand, making sure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience while contributing to the store's success.

Customer Experience:

Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.

Sales Support:

Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.

Visual Merchandising:

Help maintain the store's image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF's guidelines and standards.

Operations:

Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.

Team Spirit:

Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.

Here's the kind of profile we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in high-volume fashion retail or premium/lifestyle brands. A natural flair for customer service and sales.

Fluent in Arabi

(essential requirement) High level of spoken

English

(other languages will be highly valued). Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends. A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills. Valid work permit for UK is required.
