Sales Assistant

Duties:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Sell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Assist with order processing, including taking orders and arranging deliverie
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively sell products or services to customers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in phone etiquette, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and targets
- Basic math skills for processing orders and handling transactions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
