We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated

Sales Assistant

to join our dynamic Aircraft Trading team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a driven individual with a genuine interest in business aviation to begin their career in one of the most exciting sectors of the aviation industry.





As a Sales Assistant, you will support our senior sales team in all aspects of aircraft transactions, from initial client contact through to deal completion. This role offers extensive learning opportunities and the chance to work with some of the world's most prestigious aircraft and discerning clients.




Key Responsibilities



Client Support & Relationship Management




Assist with initial client inquiries and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process Prepare and coordinate client presentations and aircraft viewings Support senior sales executives during client meetings and negotiations Maintain detailed client records and update CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)



Market Research & Analysis




Research aircraft availability and market pricing for various business jet models Compile market reports and competitor analysis Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting aircraft sales Maintain databases of aircraft specifications, performance data, and market values



Administrative & Sales Support




Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and closing documentation Coordinate pre-purchase inspections and aircraft appraisals Liaise with legal teams, surveyors, and technical specialists Support marketing activities including trade show participation Handle import/export documentation and customs procedures



Business Development




Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels Support outbound sales campaigns and follow-up activities Assist in building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts Participate in networking events and industry conferences



Essential Requirements






Education & Experience




Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods, automotive, or aviation Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records and genuine passion for aviation considered



Technical Skills




Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Strong research and analytical capabilities Understanding of basic aviation terminology and aircraft types



Language Requirements




Fluent English (written and spoken) - essential Additional European languages (German, French, Italian) highly advantageous

Genuine passion for aviation and luxury products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Professional presentation and demeanor suitable for high-net-worth clientele Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Willingness to travel internationally as required



Desirable Qualifications





Private Pilot License (PPL) or aviation-related certification Previous experience in luxury sales or high-end customer service Knowledge of aircraft finance and leasing structures Understanding of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA) Experience with import/export procedures Multilingual capabilities Previous exposure to business aviation environment
