Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Assist in selling products and services while actively promoting upselling opportunities. Maintain product displays and ensure that the sales area is tidy and well-organised. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy. Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to help improve product offerings.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing accurate pricing information. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively. Organisational skills to maintain a neat and efficient work environment. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not mandatory. A willingness to learn about products and services to enhance customer interactions.
