We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team For 8-24 hrs pw over 3 shifts 24hour period .The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service while contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to facilitate sales. Maintain a welcoming and organised sales environment to enhance customer experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for calculations. Support the sales team in achieving targets by actively promoting products and services. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Assist in maintaining stock levels and organising merchandise displays.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proven ability to sell products and services while providing exceptional customer service. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken. Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions and inventory management. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
