We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding in-store experience. You'll assist customers in selecting products, offer styling suggestions, and help maintain the overall appearance and organization of the shop.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Provide knowledgeable advice on fits, fabrics, and styling options

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain store presentation, including restocking and merchandising

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly

Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience, preferably in menswear or fashion, is desirable

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A genuine interest in fashion and style

Customer service-oriented mindset

Reliable, punctual, and team-focused

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
