Responsibilities

Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience. Utilise effective communication skills to engage with customers and understand their needs. Demonstrate upselling techniques to promote additional products and services. Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe. Exhibit phone etiquette when handling customer calls, providing assistance as required. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills Excellent organisational abilities to maintain an efficient work environment. Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
