Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Retail sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Customer service skills and a passion for retail. This role involves supporting the Store Manager and other staff members in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

Provide great customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Serving customers and dealing with customs enquires. Processing cash and card payments. Assist the Store Manager and other staff members in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies. Work as part of a team and use your initiative to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure optimal product availability. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of presentation within the store. Collaborate with management on promotional activities and merchandising initiatives. Keeping to store clean and tidy.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. Retail Experience Proficient organisational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations. Ability to sell effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices in retail environments. A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
