Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, plus alternate Saturdays

12.50 per hour

Cambridge Motorcycles Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated

Sales Assistant

to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and passionate environment where customer service and professionalism are key.

Main Responsibilities:

Answering customer phone calls and handling enquiries in a polite and efficient manner Using our computer systems to book customers in and manage job cards Keeping customers updated on the status of their bookings Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom and work area, especially during quieter periods Providing excellent service while upholding a professional attitude at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be confident using a computer and able to pick up systems quickly Have strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person Be organised, dependable, and proactive in their approach to work Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Work well both independently and as part of a team Have a good knowledge of motorcycles and a genuine passion for motorbikes A full motorcycle licence is

not essential

, but would be an

advantage

You wil be requried to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month.

Previous experience in a customer-facing or admin-based role is an advantage but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
