Sales assistant 3 day week (Thursday Friday and Saturday) with the possibility of a full-time position at our Brompton-on-Swale branch

We're looking for a motivated and personable Sales assistant to join our busy Brompton showroom. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established, family-run company where your contribution truly matters - not just another number on a head office spreadsheet.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced in face-to-face sales (carpet, furniture, beds, electricals - or similar)
Professional, friendly, and confident with customers
Organized with great attention to detail and good admin skills
Ability to travel between our Brompton and Leyburn showrooms

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Driven to consistently convert enquiries into sales

Carpet or flooring sales experience is a bonus, but not essential - we'll give you the training and support to succeed.

The Role:
As a sales assistant, you'll help customers choose the perfect flooring for their homes or businesses, offering expert guidance with a warm and helpful approach. You'll build rapport easily, ask the right questions, and provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.

You'll be part of a small, supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment, where every day is different and your work truly makes a difference.
