We're looking for a friendly, confident and design-minded

Sales Assistant

to join our team at our beautiful interiors and furniture showroom. This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium brands, bespoke furnishings, and discerning clients who appreciate exceptional quality and service.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, offering warm, professional assistance and helping them find inspiration for their homes. From guiding clients through furniture and fabric selections to maintaining the showroom's impeccable presentation, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and genuine interest Provide knowledgeable advice on furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories Support the design and sales team with quotes, orders and after-sales service Maintain an immaculate showroom and visual displays Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently Build long-term relationships with clients and interior designers

About You

A passion for interiors, design, and beautiful craftsmanship Previous retail or customer service experience (ideally in interiors or luxury goods) Confident communication and interpersonal skills Organised, reliable and well-presented Comfortable using computers and basic systems A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
