Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Assistant with at least 1 year of retail experience in clothing, luxury goods, or a similar customer-facing environment. This role involves assisting customers with styling, maintaining excellent store presentation, and supporting our team with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Assist customers with styling advice and product selection
Operate the till/POS system and handle transactions
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
Assist with stock management (receiving, tagging, organising)
Support made-to-measure and bespoke services where needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in clothing retail, luxury goods, or customer service (not grocery)
Passion for fashion, tailoring, and high-quality craftsmanship
Strong communication skills
Professional, well-presented, and reliable
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
