Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Sales Assistant with strong knowledge of cigars and related products. The ideal candidate will understand cigar storage, cutting, lighting, and pairing, and be able to share this expertise with customers while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on cigars, humidors, and accessories.

Confidently explain cigar origins, strengths, flavours, and formats.

Support customers in selecting cigars to suit their taste and occasion.

Maintain the humidor and ensure correct storage conditions.

Process sales accurately and maintain stock displays.

Contribute to a welcoming and professional store atmosphere.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of cigars and accessories is essential.

Previous retail, hospitality, or luxury sales experience preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about cigars and fine craftsmanship.
