Full time, Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm (Unless you are in the office, then the hours are 8.30am-4pm)

Location:

Hybrid (2 days in the office) / Fully remote for experienced candidate

Salary:

Starting from 40,000 per annum OTE

Ecovia is a leading glazing company based in Battersea, London, specialising in bespoke architectural timber windows, doors and roof glazing. We collaborate closely with architects and designers to bring high-performance, sustainable glazing systems to life. As we embark on an exciting new phase of growth - including a full website launch and rebranding - we're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. Ecovia is a design led glazing and joinery company based in London. We supply high performance glazing and timber products and services to design professionals.

Summary



We're seeking a proactive, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to assist with sales and project activities. This role is vital for driving new sales opportunities, supporting sales schedules and quotations, managing client relationships and providing essential product support to our design-led client base.

Duties and Responsibilities



o Support the Sales Manager in new sales opportunities and client management.

o Providing product and sales support to Architects, Contractors, Developers and End-User clients.

o Answering phones and review daily inbound enquiries.

o Obtain required details for quotations.

o Actively seeking new clients and business while building relationships from existing and new clients.

o Presenting to clients to educate them on the Ecovia product range and services.

o Liaising with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager on Sales projects.

o Comfortable conducting online CPDs.

o Become proficient in using the software packages used by the company (Microsoft software and company CRM system ZOHO).

Key attributes



o Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing role.

o Excellent oral and written communication skills.

o Strong eye for detail and the ability to work to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

o Comfortable cold calling architectural practices and property developers.

o A proactive and tenacious mindset with an ability to drive projects forward, being flexible and dynamic.

o Proficient with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook.

o Proficient with CRM system, preferably Zoho CRM.

o A keen interest in interiors and architecture.

o Experience in glazing would be beneficial but not essential.

o Base salary + commission

o Competitive salary OTE of 40k-80k

o Studio in Battersea, London

o Hybrid working model or fully remote for experienced candidates (may require London studio visit once every quarter).
