Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence

Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting Laduree products, such as macarons, pastries, and gifts, while providing knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences. Uphold Laduree's exceptional service standards by ensuring each customer interaction is personal, courteous, and attentive. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about product origins, flavors, ingredients, and Laduree's unique offerings.

Sales and Upselling

Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling Laduree products, such as promoting seasonal or limited-edition items. Achieve individual and team sales targets by fostering repeat business and building customer loyalty. Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash and card payments, and manage receipts and customer orders efficiently.

Store Presentation and Stock Management

Maintain the boutique's aesthetic appeal by arranging and restocking displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and align with Laduree's brand standards. Monitor inventory levels, restocking as necessary, and inform management of any shortages to prevent disruption to customer experience. Assist with daily stock counts, inventory control, and managing stock rotation to ensure product freshness and quality.

Product Knowledge and Brand Representation

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Laduree products, history, and values to effectively communicate them to customers. Represent Laduree's brand ethos through a polished appearance, language, and behavior that aligns with the brand's luxury positioning.

Operational Support

Support store operations by participating in opening and closing routines, cleaning, and other duties that ensure a smooth store environment. Adhere to health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, particularly in handling food products. Manage packaging for customer orders with precision and care, ensuring it meets Laduree's quality standards.

Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with team members, supporting each other in creating a memorable shopping experience. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within a luxury or high-end food or hospitality brand. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong attention to detail, particularly in following brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customers and transactions with efficiency. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Preferred Skills:

Passion for gourmet food, pastries, and the Laduree brand. Basic know * Experience in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
