What you'll be doing as a Sales Assistant :



Be the first point of contact

for customers reaching out - no two conversations are the same.

Own the customer journey

- whether it's a simple question or a more complex issue, you'll take full responsibility to resolve it swiftly and professionally.

Handle product/service inquiries

, manage returns or complaints with empathy, and ensure a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Log and track queries

using our CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring accurate records for every interaction.

Collaborate across departments

, from logistics to sales, to find fast and effective solutions for our customers.

Spot patterns and share insights

- your frontline experience helps us improve our products, processes, and customer experience.

What we're looking for in our Sales Assistant:



1+ years of customer-facing experience

(retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar fast-paced environment) A natural communicator with

excellent written and verbal skills

Strong

problem-solving abilities

- you think on your feet and stay calm under pressure Empathetic, patient, and genuinely driven to help others Comfortable working with multiple systems (training provided, but basic tech confidence is a must) Highly organised with the ability to

multitask and prioritise

effectively A team player who's also happy to work independently and take initiative
