Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, promoting products, and ensuring a welcoming environment when with customers face to face.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and maximise customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries face to face at events, residentially or business to business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences. Performance based where we incentivise people who hit targets.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers positively. A keen interest in sales with a willingness to learn about products and services offered.

Pay: 480.00-720.00 per week
