Sales Assistant - NO WEEKEND WORKING.....!!!

Key responsibilities:

Customer engagement

- Greet customers, understand their needs, answer questions and provide product information.

Sales & negotiation -

Present and demonstrate products, highlight benefits to solver customer problems, negotiate prices and terms, and finalise sales agreements.

Lead Generation -

Find new customers through referrals, lead forensics and other outreach methods.

Relationship management

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.

Market knowledge

- Keep up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
With retail experience an essential requirement, and excellent numeracy and literacy skills with a keen eye for detail, accuracy is essential, as is demonstrable experience of delivering consistently high levels of professionalism over the telephone and in person.

This position is offered on either a full time or part time basis:-

Full time (37.5 hrs per week) -

Hours are 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch which is unpaid. During peak trade (Sept-Dec) with every Tuesday working to a slightly later working pattern - 10.30 am - 7.00 pm with one hour for lunch which is unpaid.

Part time (20hrs per week) -

Hours are 1:00 pm - 5.00 pm Monday-Friday. During peak trade (Sept-Dec) with every Tuesday working to a slightly later working pattern - 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
