We're now seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our retail and event operations across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our brand on-site -- engaging with customers, supporting event and retail setups, and ensuring every experience runs smoothly and professionally.

You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to help deliver first-class service, maintain presentation standards, and support sales targets. This is a hands-on, on-site role where no two days are the same -- perfect for someone who enjoys working with people in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service and support sales on-site. Assist with the setup, operation, and pack-down of retail activations and live events. Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently assist customers and promote key items. Help coordinate stock management, merchandising, and visual displays. Support the wider team with event logistics and daily operational tasks. Ensure retail spaces and event areas are well-presented, safe, and on-brand at all times. Contribute to sales reports, feedback, and general administrative support when required.

You're confident, reliable, and enjoy interacting with people. You take pride in delivering great customer experiences and thrive as part of a busy, hands-on team. You're also organised, proactive, and willing to get stuck in -- whether it's helping customers, setting up displays, or supporting events.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Confident handling customers and representing brands professionally. Comfortable working on your feet and assisting at live events. Based within commutable distance to

Birmingham

(on-site role).

Desirable Skills

Experience in retail events, pop-up stores, or promotional activations. Knowledge of stock handling, merchandising, or point-of-sale systems. Interest in brand presentation or experiential retail.
