We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth. This position involves engaging with clients, managing accounts, and contributing to various sales initiatives. The Sales Assistant will work closely with both inside and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate the sales process.
Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation and qualification for potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct outreach.
Support outside sales efforts by managing territory and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to conduct signups for long-term customers.
Engage in direct sales activities, focusing on building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
Participate in marketing initiatives to promote products and services effectively within designated territories.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Assist in upselling products to existing customers by identifying additional needs and presenting suitable solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience in retail sales is a plus.
Familiarity with F2F sales processes and techniques is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
Experience in direct sales is an advantage but not required.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
