Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, and supporting the overall sales objectives of the client. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, communication, and business development.
Duties
Upsell products and promote special offers to maximise sales potential Handle customers with professionalism and courtesy Process signups accurately using online POS system Keep abreast of product knowledge to effectively inform and assist customers Maintain organisational skills to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Strong communication skills and active listening Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Demonstrated ability to upsell products and enhance customer satisfaction Good interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
