We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our retail team. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive displays Upsell products and promote special offers to maximise sales opportunities Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Answer customer enquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage stock levels, organise stockroom, and assist with inventory checks Support organisational tasks such as scheduling and maintaining store cleanliness Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions

Skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is advantageous Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts Effective time management to prioritise duties during busy periods Good phone etiquette when dealing with customer enquiries remotely Demonstrated ability in merchandising and upselling techniques Organisational skills to maintain a tidy and appealing store environment
