We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team based in Bolton. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, sales, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
ROLE
Help maintain accurate records in our CRM - Zoho
Manage campaigns to retain and attract new customers
Assiting with sales
Manage incoming enquiries via the BGB website and ensure follow up by relevant sales personnel
Work with the Admin and Service team to follow up on opportunities for the sales team to convert
Support the sales team with requests for information, input on RFI, Presentation documents & PQQ's, preparation for customer meetings.
Monitor and produce reports to monitor the input/performance of the sales team.
Support the Sales Director in validating won jobs, confirmation of invoiced sales and commission claims.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience in sales support and administration, preferably in a related sector.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience of using Cash for Windows database system would be an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail.
A focussed, hands-on attitude with an adaptable/flexible approach.
Tenacious with a driven approach and not distracted from the achievement of meeting deadlines/achieving goals set by the board.
