Job Description
Julian Charles are a homeware brand that sells beautifully made soft furnishings, including quality bedding, ready-made curtains, luxury duvets and home accessories. The business is a multi-channel retailer with over 120 stores and concessions across the U.K and an online website that is going from strength to strength.
We are looking for a confident, energetic individual with customer service experience to be a part of our team at our Julian Charles Country Market Concession. You must be computer literate.
Duties will include selling, restocking and merchandising.
The Position is for a Sales Assistant. 9 hour Contract with overtime to cover holidays and sickness. Position includes working every weekend.
Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer service.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Maintain a fully stocked store.
Help with deliveries.
Requirements
Previous retail experience.
Be fully flexible with work days and times.
Basic knowledge of word and excel.
Basic understanding of customer service.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
