What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive and positive attitude
Able to use initiative to solve problems, anticipate needs, and take ownership of tasks without constant supervision
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in an admin, customer service, or office-based role
Able to commute reliably to our Ringwood office
Key Responsibilities
Listening to voice recordings of all demonstrations booked by the Telemarketing Executives, ensuring they meet set qualifying criteria and informing Management of any demonstrations that have been booked yet do not qualify.
Conduct post-appointment surveys to gather feedback on both the sales process and the team
Assist in planning and managing sales diaries, considering travel and logistics
Provide weekly sales performance stats to the directors
Arrange travel and hotel bookings for sales team members
Support sales demonstrations by preparing and sending DocuSign agreements to new clients
Assist with onboarding new employees and provide general administrative support as needed
Provide direct PA support to the Office Manager, including calendar coordination and operational support
