Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice Assist customers in selecting garments that meet their needs and preferences Upsell and cross-sell items to maximize sales opportunities Process transactions accurately using the POS system Maintain high visual merchandising standards and keep displays tidy and appealing Handle stock replenishment and organization Assist with deliveries and stockroom management Stay up to date on current promotions, product lines, and brand standards Support in-store events and seasonal campaigns Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times

Skills & Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience would be nice to see (menswear or fashion retail preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A keen eye for style and an understanding of men's fashion trends Ability to work well in a team and independently Sales-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude Good organizational and time management skills Confidence using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions
