Key responsibilities:
To support the effective day-to-day operation of the retail store ensuring that Morplan's customers experience is both prompt and professional
Provide excellent customer service
Maximise sales opportunities on the phone and in store.
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential as is demonstrable experience of delivering consistently high levels of professionalism over the telephone and in person.
Hours are 8 am - 5.00 pm Monday-Friday, with every other Tuesday 10.30 am - 7.00 pm in retail peak (October-December). We work a 37.5 hour working week within these hours.
Part time hours may be considered.
