Our client is expanding their Bristol team and is currently hiring enthusiastic Sales Assistants to support live promotional campaigns for a well-established charity. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your communication skills, confidence, and positive energy make a real difference every single day.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll work on in-person promotional campaigns across busy public and event-based locations. Your role is all about starting conversations, sharing the story behind the campaign, and helping members of the public understand how they can get involved and support the cause.

No two days are the same -- one day you might be working alongside your team at a buzzing event, the next engaging with new audiences and helping the campaign hit its targets. Full training is provided, so attitude and work ethic matter more than experience.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll engage directly with members of the public, confidently representing the campaign and communicating its mission in a clear, positive way. You'll assist with promoting the charity, answering questions, and guiding supporters through the sign-up process. You'll work towards daily and weekly goals, contributing to both individual and team success, while creating friendly, professional interactions that leave a lasting impression. You'll also collaborate closely with your team, supporting one another and keeping energy high throughout the day.
