Job Opportunity:

Retail Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Assistant to join our team, with both part-time and full-time positions available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for retail and a desire to grow within a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Location:

Brixham, Torbay

Store Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Handling cash and operating the POS system

Cashing up and basic daily reconciliation

Receiving and unpacking stock deliveries

Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment

Assisting with stock control and basic ordering

Facilitating product sales and processing returns

Building rapport with customers and offering knowledgeable service

Communicating effectively with management

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing and personable attitude

Some product knowledge and a basic understanding of the vape industry (training will be provided)

Strong communication skills

Basic maths skills

Understanding of the retail sales process

Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Ability to build positive relationships with customers

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
