is a family-run business based in London and Essex, established in 1972. With over 50 years of industry expertise, we've grown to become a trusted provider of skip hire, grab lorries, roll-on roll-offs, and caged vehicle services -- both locally and nationwide.

We operate two waste transfer stations and manage a fleet of 16 trucks across London and Essex. Our national brokerage office, where this role is based, supports waste and recycling needs across the UK. As we continue to expand our reach, we're looking for ambitious individuals to join our dynamic sales team.

About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and confident

Sales Assistant

to support our Brokerage Department. This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their career in B2B sales within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for contacting businesses, identifying their waste management needs, and collecting key information to assist our Account Managers in quoting and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound B2B calls to new and existing clients (leads provided) Build rapport and professionally introduce GB Skips Identify and document client needs (e.g. skips, grabs, cages, ROROs) and site details Schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team Accurately relay qualified leads to Account Managers Represent the company with professionalism and consistency

What We're Looking For



Sales experience is essential Negotiation skills A clear, confident, and professional telephone manner Good spoken and written English Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, and data entry) Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn Resilient, well-organised, and commercially aware

University graduate preferred

-- but not essential with strong communication skills
