The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in their purchasing decisions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to sell effectively and provide exceptional service will contribute significantly to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide knowledgeable advice on a range of electrical appliances Process sales and handle transactions accurately using POS systems Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and accepting deliveries Maintain a clean and organised shop floor Support promotional activities and in-store displays Resolve customer queries and issues with a helpful attitude

Ideal Candidate:

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferable but not essential) Interest in electrical goods and willingness to learn product details Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends
