Position Summary:

As a

Sales Assistant

, you will be the face of our brand--providing personalized service, styling expertise, and an outstanding shopping experience. You'll work closely with the store team to achieve sales goals, maintain visual standards, and ensure every customer leaves with confidence in both their purchase and the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience that reflects our brand values. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and offering expert styling advice. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate new arrivals, promotions, and styling trends. Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays are well-presented and fully stocked. Support with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory control. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Collaborate with the store team to create a positive, high-energy work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (menswear or fashion background a plus). Passion for menswear, styling, and delivering exceptional service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Reliable with strong attention to detail and presentation. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
