Cooper and Tanner have a great opportunity for a Sales Assistant (part time) to join our Cheddar office. Cheddar and the surrounding areas offer a thriving local property market, which in turns makes this a varied, interesting and rewarding role. We are looking for a customer focused team player to join our experienced team at our Cheddar office.

Hours of work:

Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm

You will be responsible for:

Greeting clients and being the first point of contact for the office, dealing with customer enquiries effectively for all stages of the property transaction Registering and qualifying new applicants for a property sale or purchase Managing our applicant database Generate, arrange and carry out property visits, including carrying out accompanied viewings Completing administration associated with the sale of property, including updating our CRM system and associated web portals
Your duties will vary day-to-day, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to work, supporting wherever possible with tasks associated with the sale of property.

You will be a positive, warm, friendly and well-presented individual. You will be organised, solution driven and resilient. If you have passion for excellent service and have a keen interest in the property market, this could be the ideal role for you.

Hold a UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle for work purposes (necessary for role) Have excellent communication and customer service skills Are IT fluent Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Existing experience in the property industry (desirable but not essential)
