Sales Assistants

to join our growing on-site sales team in

Chelmsford

. Due to expansion, we have

multiple immediate openings

available for motivated individuals looking to start a career in sales and customer-facing roles.

This is a

full-time, on-site position (Monday-Friday)

offering structured training, ongoing support, and clear progression opportunities.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll support live sales and marketing campaigns by engaging with customers, communicating product and service information clearly, and contributing to daily team performance.

You'll be trained to:

Engage confidently with customers in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Communicate brand messages clearly and professionally Learn and apply structured sales techniques Work towards individual and team performance targets Represent client brands to a high standard Build strong communication and customer service skills

Training & Development

No previous sales or marketing experience is required.
