No two days are the same in self storage but your focus each day will be:

Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person Building rapport and identifying the best storage solutions for each customer including selling merchandise and insurance. Following up on enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings Maintaining accurate customer and sales records Handling customer check?ins/check?outs and process payments Supporting light marketing activity to help generate new enquiries Handling customer complaints, communicating and escalating all issues to the Store Manager as necessary. Complying with all operational procedures, ensuring operational standards are maintained. Ensuring that all packaging stock is ordered and kept up to date. Taking responsibility for the safety and security of the store and customers. Complying with all company policies and procedures.
We're looking for someone with:

Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone, retail, hospitality, or service industry) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence to follow up and close sales without being pushy Good organisational skills and attention to detail Computer literate with experience using email, CRM, or booking system Self motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Pay: 25,500.00 per year
