As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and have a passion for retail.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays. Engage with customers to promote products and services, employing upselling techniques where appropriate. Handle customer transactions accurately using the till system while maintaining phone etiquette during calls. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak periods.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English Previous experience in retail or customer service. Excellent organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required during the seasonal period. Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
