Duties

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products and services. Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organisation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills A friendly disposition with a genuine interest in helping customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
