Duties

Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals. Post office experience preferred. Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking to identify potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials . Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Participate in territory management by identifying opportunities for growth within assigned areas. Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling products and services to existing customers. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or a related field; experience in B2B sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Previous experience in account management or territory sales is beneficial. A proactive approach to lead generation and business development activities. A background in retail sales or direct sales can be advantageous.
